Standard Orders (In-Stock Items)

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the Returns Policy.

Built-to-Order Products

Most Laredo Sabers products are built to order.

Cancellation requests for built-to-order items must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. If a cancellation is approved after production has started, it may be subject to a restocking or processing fee to cover labor and material allocation.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders reserve a unit from a limited production run and fund manufacturing.

Because production quantities are based on pre-order demand:

• Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
• After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Once production has begun, pre-orders are considered committed.

If an exception is granted, a cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Custom or Modified Orders

Orders that include customization, special configuration, engraving, or modified electronics are considered final once confirmed.

Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once work has begun.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. It must follow the Returns Policy upon delivery.
