Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that order processing time, production time, and shipping transit time are separate phases.


Pre-Orders

From time to time, Laredo Sabers offers products for pre-order prior to completion of production.

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a unit from a limited production run. The estimated production timeline for pre-order items is typically approximately 4 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Important details:

  • The 4-week timeline refers to production time only.
  • Shipping transit time is separate and begins once the item is completed and dispatched.
  • Production timelines are estimates and may be subject to reasonable delays due to manufacturing, supply chain, or quality control factors.
  • Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed.
  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Because pre-orders fund limited production runs, cancellation requests may not be approved once production has begun.

Customers will receive updates regarding production progress when applicable.


Chassis Installation & Electronics Builds

If your order includes electronics installation, an additional 3–4 weeks may be required for chassis installation and configuration once the hilt and components are available.

This timeframe:

  • Is separate from production time
  • Is separate from shipping transit time
  • May vary depending on installer workload and parts availability

Orders requiring installation will ship only after final assembly and quality inspection are completed.


Store Pickup

Store pickup is available. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup, along with further instructions.


Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within a designated service radius.

If your address qualifies, the option will appear at checkout. If the option does not appear, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Delivery confirmation and tracking (if applicable) will be provided once dispatched.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Estimated transit times are provided at checkout. These estimates do not include order processing, production, or installation timelines.

Laredo Sabers is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.


International Shipping

We offer worldwide international shipping.

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Laredo Sabers is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional import charges
  • Packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.

If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
