Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after 14 days from confirmed delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All included components, accessories, tools, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned with signs of use, wear, modification, or damage may be rejected or subject to partial refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Pre-order items once production has begun
  • Custom or modified orders (including special configurations or engravings)
  • Installed electronics once used beyond basic inspection
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Because most sabers are built in limited production runs, we reserve the right to decline returns that would materially impact inventory value.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

If you believe your item is defective upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Photos of packaging (if shipping damage is suspected)

If approved, we will provide instructions for return and replacement.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in original condition
  • The item shows signs of handling beyond inspection
  • Parts or packaging are missing

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was confirmed defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Laredo Sabers is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the approved refund amount.
